- Absolutely No Parties, This Is A Family Farm and A Family Owned Home

- Smoking receptacles are provided on each deck. Please use them.

- You must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation, government issued ID required

- Any movie rental will be charged back to renting visitor.

- Absolutely no pets allowed 

- Quiet hours midnight to 6:00 am

- Only renting persons allowed in the house, no other outside guests without specific permission of    the owner

- House is handicap accessible

We specialize in couples getaways, ladie's retreats, men's retreats, business meetings, crafting gatherings, etc

There is a wheelchair ramp into the house, 36" wide doorways and handrails in the master bath

Only guests on the rental are allowed, no outside guests without express permission, No parties!
